If you are at an early stage of looking for a life time travel experience in Botswana, Africa don’t lose momentum – our advice and knowledge is all you ever looked for!  Before committing yourself to traveling to Botswana we urge you to bear the following in mind:

• The number of pax in your group is 4 or more
• You are planning a safari for a peak season (May through October)
• Part of your safari is The Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park

Should any of the above criteria apply to you, we strongly recommend booking at least a year in advance to secure the camps and dates that you desire. We know that committing this far into the future can be challenging, but it is the only way to avoid disappointment and ensure that you get exactly what you want.
On the other hand, if you are a late starter, and are already behind the schedule, don't automatically despair, it's always worth trying! The camps do sometimes get late cancellations, and finding one or two rooms at relatively short notice is often a possibility. Despite our best efforts to persuade travelers to book long in advance, almost half of our itineraries every year are still booked within 6 months of travel.
However, if you are late in getting started, you will increase your chances of getting your first choice itinerary if your dates are flexible within a given timeframe, and you don't mind switching the order of destinations. After all, one way or the other, we would get you the best itinerary ever, we know our suppliers well and we are keeping in-touch with them on daily basis.
